Christopher Rosser earned his Honours Bachelor of Arts degree at Queen's
University, Bachelor of Education at Brock University, and completed his Master of
Arts in Dramatic Arts at the University of Toronto Drama Centre. During his teaching
career, he has also earned additional qualifications in Guidance and Career Studies,
and Honours Specialist qualifications in Dramatic Arts.
His academic studies have been complemented by a variety of practical experiences,
including acting as a District Coordinator for the Sears Ontario Drama Festival, Stage
Manager of the Halton Performing Arts Showcase "Creating a Scene", and Director
of many high school plays and musical productions. He is a member of the Council
of Dance and Drama Educators (CODE). Christopher continues his work as a full-time
Dramatic Arts teacher in the Halton District School Board.
This resource is a collection of theoretical information, practical exercises, and
thorough assessment and evaluation tools aimed at enabling Dramatic Arts teachers,
both new and experienced, to deliver a high quality program to suit the needs of their
own unique and dynamic Dramatic Arts programs. With the advantages of new and
interactive educational technology designed to complement the wide array of learners
and learning needs in today's classrooms, he hopes this resource is a valuable
